Louver House, a luxury townhome development in South Beach, officially opened its doors in August for a grand opening ceremony, which was held on the project’s beautiful rooftop deck.

The four-story development was designed by architect Rene Gonzalez and was the first condo project developed by Mast Capital. Savino & Miller Design Studio was the landscape architect.

Four of the building’s 12 units remain, including a 2,356-square-foot residence offered at $3.1 million and a 2,088-square-foot residence offered at $2.58 million. Some features include stone or wood floors, and designer kitchens by Ornare. Among the building’s amenities are gated entry, a fitness center, an outdoor yoga studio, and a rooftop garden with an infinity pool.

Louver House broke ground at 311 Meridian Avenue in December 2015 and sits about five blocks from both the beach and South Pointe Park in the highly walkable South of Fifth neighborhood.
