Pitbull-Inspired Multi-Level Restaurant Planned On Ocean Drive

Plans have been filed to renovate a historic Ocean Drive hotel with a new Pitbull-inspired multi-level restaurant and bar called iLov 305.

The historic 1934 Bon Air Hotel at 1060 Ocean Drive would be restored, if city officials approve the plan.

Pitbull’s name is listed on architectural plans, but his name doesn’t appear on an ownership statement. Owners include the Nakash family, Sugar Factory owner Charissa Davidovici, and Live Nation Entertainement.

The plan calls for 232 seats, which needs Planning Board review in addition to Historic Preservation Board. The Planning Board meeting to review the proposal is January 23.
