Revised plans for The Edge on Brickell have been submitted for review by the new owner of the property.
The changes include:
Decrease in residential units from 130 to 70
Addition of 200 hotel rooms (from zero)
Increase in height from 55 stories (606 feet) to 58 stories (631 feet)
Miami’s Urban Development Review Board is set to review the plans on July 19.
