New hotel openings and renovations

Here’s a list of the Magic City’s hottest new hotels that are scheduled to open soon:

SLS Lux Brickell Hotel & Residences
Located in the heart of Miami's urban Brickell neighborhood, SLS Lux Brickell Hotel & Residences is scheduled to open in 2017. A project led by sbe, The Related Group and The Allen Morris Company, the property will feature 85 all-suite guest rooms designed by Yabu Pushelberg. Amenities will include a 9th floor pool deck, soccer court, haute cuisine by a celebrity chef, on-demand limo service, impressive works of art and an on-staff multi-lingual translator.

YOTEL Miami
Set to open in 2017, YOTEL Miami will be in the heart of Downtown Miami, within walking distance from top attractions like: the Pérez Art Museum Miami, Adrienne Arsht Center, the Miami World Center, Bayfront Park and AmericanAirlines Arena. YOTEL Miami will be home to 250 “cabins.” Each will feature the brand’s signature space-saving convertible bed, monsoon rain showers and techno-wall with flat screen TVs. The hotel will also include YOTEL’s signature Club Lounge concept with flexible meeting and co-working spaces, a restaurant and bar, a pool and a gym.

The Surf Club Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences
Situated right on the beach in Miami's Surfside neighborhood, The Surf Club Four Seasons is scheduled to debut in 2018. Housed in a 1920s-era historic building that Winston Churchill once stayed in, the new and improved property has been reimagined by Pritzker-Prize winning architect Richard Meier. The nine-acre property includes four swimming pools, a spa, beach cabanas and a new watering hole named Churchill Bar.

Fasano Hotel, Residences and Shore Club
Brazil's luxe Fasano brand is opening its first U.S. property, Fasano Hotel, Residences and Shore Club at the existing Shore Club location on Miami Beach. Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld is designing the 175-room property which will boast South Beach's largest swimming pool, measuring 250-feet long (9,500 square feet). Other features include an Enzo Enea-designed garden and a Brazilian restaurant.

Plymouth Hotel
Plymouth Hotel will be Collins Park’s newest boutique hotel. Reimagined by designer Fernando Santangelo, the mastermind behind this hotel’s neighbor, The Raleigh Hotel, the restored, four-story Art Deco gem will house 110 bedrooms and suites, offering a hidden, boutique experience in one of Miami’s most desired locations.

Greystone Hotel
Expected to open in late 2017, right near South Beach's Collins Park, Greystone Hotel will be a 56,000 square-foot Art Deco haunt inspired by Miami’s Golden Era. A VOS Hospitality property, this boutique hotel will house 92 rooms, a five-story tower, a rooftop swimming pool, 140-seat restaurant, and a subterranean speakeasy lounge, all of which is designed by architectural great, Shulman & Associates.
